• Qualitative Diagnosis: In-depth interviews to pinpoint the root causes of your assessed frictions and risks.

Executive Alignment

A data-driven session for executive leadership to define, clarify, and codify their AI modernization strategy. Engagements are tailored to the organization's needs. A typical Executive Alignment session involves:

• Format: 1-day on-site or 2-half-day virtual summit.
• Focus: Facilitated discussion for defining AI modernization strategy.
• Outcome: Governing agreement outlining shared commitment to scope, timeline, and acceptable risk.

Executive Alignment can be especially effective following a Posture Assessment.
